The following list will ensure that we can provide you with the best service and experience – doing this will expedite the cleaning process and negate the need to charge extra for having to move things prior to your scheduled service.
1. Close All Windows & Doors
Please ensure that all windows, front doors, side doors, and back doors are securely closed before our arrival to prevent any water or cleaning solution from entering your home.
2. Provide Access to a Water Source
We use the customer's water supply while performing our services. Please make sure an outdoor water spigot and hose connection are accessible. We use only the amount of water necessary to complete the job efficiently and responsibly.
3. Move Vehicles from Work Areas
If possible, please move any vehicles that may block driveways, walkways, or access points around the property. This helps our technicians work safely and efficiently.
4. Unlock Side Gates & Access Points
Please ensure any side gates, fences, or access doors are unlocked so our technicians can safely access all areas of the property.
5. Relocate Outdoor Furniture & Personal Items
If you have outdoor furniture, decorations, potted plants, grills, or other belongings near the home that you are concerned about, please move them at least 10 feet away from the work area before your appointment. For safety and liability reasons, our technicians cannot move personal property, and doing so may result in additional labor charges.
6. Keep Pets Indoors
For the safety of both your pets and our technicians, please keep all pets inside the home or in a secure area during the cleaning process.
7. Notify Us of Any Concerns
If you have delicate landscaping, special instructions, or areas of concern, please let us know before we begin so we can take the appropriate precautions.
